Boys Running Club is based in Constantia at the Constantia
Sports Centre, see map for directions .
Their club house is shared with the False Bay Rugby Club.
VOB, as it is known is one of the Cape's foremost running
clubs and they enjoy a history of producing elite athletes
as well as catering for the novice and beginner runner, which
makes up the bulk of their club. Over the years VOB has hosted
many well managed running events and their traditional friendliness
is there for all to see.
There
are club runs organised from the club as well as the weekly
and monthly "socials".
The VOB Committee
consists of a well-balanced blend of young and the more seasoned
runner who go to great lengths to develop the club and its
members to its utmost potential.
