Personal best for De Swardt in Rhede

Friday, 8 June 2012 – Jacques de Swardt clocked a new personal best of 46.06sec in the men’s 400m in Rhede, Germany on 7 June, finishing second.  His previous best (46.08sec) was set up in Germiston on 10 April 2010.
